Topic Feb 07, 2006: The Award Winners are …

The Award winners for each category have been designated by ObjectWeb community through online vote (available until Friday January 27th 2006).

The announcement of the Awards winners has been done during the ObjectWebCon '06 Awards Ceremony, on Wednesday February 1st, 2006 in Paris, France. The ceremony was driven by Bull.

And the winners are:

  • Enterprise Java: Mandriva Club - usage of XWiki by Mandriva
  • ISV & Integration: viaContext, a web-based knowledge and information management solution using Enhydra by etenso GmbH
  • Jury's Special Prize: Libresource - usage of JOnAS and Bonita by Artenum

The ObjectWebCon'06 Best Use Cases Contest is a challenge that allows any professional to file one or several submissions about real world use cases of ObjectWeb components and platforms. All submissions run in the contest for an Award in one of the following categories:

  • Enterprise Java: production use of ObjectWeb enterprise Java components and platforms
  • ISV & Integration: commercial offering or development embedding some ObjectWeb components
  • Jury's Special Prize: any use of ObjectWeb components and platforms
Award winners for each category are designated by ObjectWeb community through online vote. The announcement of Award winners will be done during the ObjectWebCon'06, on February 1st, 2006 in Paris, France.

ObjectWeb launches the Awards for the Best Use Cases designation to be profiled at the 2006 ObjectWeb Annual Conference.

The OWCon06 Best Use Cases Contest is a challenge that allows any professional to file one or several submissions about real world use cases of ObjectWeb components and platforms. Then the ObjectWeb members will vote fore the best use case on the following categories:

ObjectWebCon06, the next ObjectWeb annual conference will take place in Paris, la Défense, France, from January 31st to February 2nd, 2006.
